  Discovered this place completely by Accident one Saturday, six months ago, whilst House hunting in and around Charlwood. Friendly atmosphere and we were quite hungry so stayed for a delicious Lunch. In fact we enjoyed it so much, we went back for an impressive Sunday Roast Dinner the following Day!!
  
  Last Sunday we returned & although very busy (and we hadn't actually booked) they quickly found us a nice Table. Food here is excellent & reasonably priced.

  Staying over night (2/2/2017) at a hotel before our holiday want our dinner don't what plastic food from a (food) chain or the hotel restaurant. So we drive out and find the Half Moon could have missed it tucked down a little one way Street. Great food, great service and a well kept ale. We will with out a shadow of doubt return when we are here again.

  A great pub with good food, beer and friendly staff - also dog-friendly with a small (but perfectly formed) beer garden. Very slightly off the beaten track so quiet and tucked away.
